1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MessageMirror application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MessageMirror is an Android application designed to back up SMS/MMS messages to Gmail and sync call logs to Google Calendar. The Service operates by transferring data directly from your device to your personal Google accounts using the Google APIs.

3. User Accounts

MessageMirror uses your existing Google Account for authentication and data storage. We do not create separate user accounts with passwords on our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and device. You agree that you are the owner of the Google Account you connect to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service may be available only with a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Paid Services").

• Billing via Google Play: All financial transactions for Paid Services are handled directly by Google Play. We do not process payments or store payment information.
• Google Play Terms: Your use of Paid Services is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store subscription management settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
• Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify the pricing for Paid Services at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you, which may be provided by Google Play.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations, including data privacy laws
• Backup data from a device or account that you do not own or have explicit permission to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the Google APIs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding your personal data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MessageMirror and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MessageMirror, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Since the Service relies on Google APIs, we are not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or functionality changes caused by changes to Google's services or APIs.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
